All items offered are subject to availability. A minimum order of £50 is required.

Prices are subject to fluctuation and prices charged will be those in place at the time of dispatch.

Goods will be supplied on a cash on delivery basis or other suitable method of payment in advance unless credit facilities have been arranged.

Credit facilities are available subject to satisfactory details, references being provided and credit checks. Any facilities provided may be withdrawn if settlements are made outside of the terms set out.

If accounts become overdue, further orders may be refused. Interest may be charged if accounts are not settled when due.

A charge will be made for any cheques returned to us due to unavailable funds.

All goods remain the property of QFS Ltd. until paid for, and as such we reserve the right to reclaim any goods where payment has not been made in full.

Goods must be checked at the time of delivery and we regret that we will not be able to accept claims for credit for either shortages or damages notified after delivery. All deliveries will be recorded using our proof of delivery system.

Signing for a delivery unchecked is acceptance that the delivery is correct and in good condition.

We regret that we cannot accept requests for collections of chilled and frozen products due to HACCP controls.

In the event of any item found to be of unsatisfactory nature, substance or quality, we must be notified immediately with details of delivery, product(s) and reason for return.

Drivers cannot accept returns without the appropriate documentation. Both the contents and the packaging must be returned.

Credit will only be raised after inspection at our premises or by the manufacturer. Credits will not be issued for goods that have passed the ‘best before’ or ‘use by’ date, have been incorrectly stored or have become contaminated by other products.

Any Plastic Crates or Milk Tubs left as part of the delivery remain property of QFS Ltd. A charge will be made for any unreturned/damaged Crates or Tubs.
